I'm watching the news now and it looks like parts of Houston are really hurting. They say fuel truck are headed here-but I don't see what good that does when the is no electricity.
Brian (my stepson) spent the storm at his place with his girlfriend. By yesterday, he was bored and looking to leave town for New Orleans. Uhm, flooded streets, no gas-could be quite the adventure but oh well, to be young!
At least I get a good cup of coffee this morning. : )

Jumped from blog to blog but stopped at yours. Can't imagine the worries living in a hurricane "road". Here in northern sweden maybe a small storm but nothing like yours. I hope it workes out well for you.
