Matthew, Taylor and Grant (my neighbors) all had a blast here last night. There were 2 other families with kids-a 13 yo girl, a 10 yo boy, and 4 other kids under the age of 4. They all got along and played great together. It was one less thing for Kerri and I to stress about and it was actually relaxing to see and hear the kids laughing it up.
I, of course, loved Uncle Thad and his spunkiness. I think Ruthie told me he's 85 or so.
I went an visited my husband and little dog. Awwwwwwwwww
Its still raining. Cory is still optimistic that we won't have the water in our house-gotta love the man for that! Matthew, too- he's so positive and sunny bright about the retention lake when all I can see is water closing in all around us.
